Welcome to Zutphens Stedelijk Museum. You find yourself at the beginning of the story of the rich history of the hanseatic town of Zutphen. A story that begins more than five thousand years ago, when mammoths roamed abroad. A great deal of water has flowed through the river IJssel since that time. Highs and lows taking turns.
